1- To enable the testing and certification of domestically developed products—primarily by TÜRASAŞ—for rail system vehicles (such as locomotives, high-speed trains, metros, trams, electric/diesel train sets, passenger and freight wagons) and their critical subcomponents (such as bogies, vehicle bodies, diesel engines, traction motors, traction converters, and Train Control and Management Systems - TCMS) in compliance with international standards,

2-To train qualified and specialized human resources in the relevant technological fields,

3- To conduct R&D activities aimed at developing solutions and services for the domestic rail systems sector, particularly in the development of high-tech infrastructure.
